We ship internationally and work closely with our logistics partners to deliver your order as smoothly as possible.

Please note that customs procedures are managed by local authorities, so we’re unable to control or be responsible for customs-related delays.

  • United States: approximately 3–8 business days

    (Tracking available)

  • Rest of the world: approximately 3–12 business days

    (Tracking availability may vary)

 


During rare circumstances, delivery may take longer than expected. This can happen due to carrier delays, customs processing, or seasonal demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding should this occur.


If there are no tracking updates for more than 30–60 business days, we will arrange to ship a replacement package.


Delays are more likely during busy periods such as November–December holidays, promotional events, or peak shipping seasons.

 

 

📦 Processing Time vs. Shipping Time

 


Processing time is separate from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery estimate.

 

  • Processing time: approximately 3–5 business days

  • Orders generally take 4–6 business days to be fully processed

    (order verification, packing, and handoff to our logistics partner)

 


Once processing is complete, your package will be picked up by our shipping partner.

Tracking details will be sent to you via email or made available on our website.


In rare cases, processing may take longer during high-volume periods such as holidays or promotions. We always do our best to prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible.

 

 

❌ Cancelling an Order

 


If an order has already been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

 

  • Orders cancelled within 30 minutes of placement and before processing are subject to a $20 transaction fee per order.

  • If we confirm that your order has already been processed, cancellation is no longer possible.
