We ship internationally and work closely with our logistics partners to deliver your order as smoothly as possible.
Please note that customs procedures are handled by local authorities, so we’re unable to control or be responsible for any delays that may occur during customs processing.

In very rare cases, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding if this happens.
If there are no tracking updates for more than 30–60 business days, we will arrange to ship a replacement package.
Delays are more likely during busy periods such as holiday seasons (November–December), promotions, or peak shipping times.
📦 Processing Time vs. Shipping Time
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery estimate.

Once your order has been processed, our shipping partner will collect your package for dispatch.
Tracking details will be provided via email or made available through our website.
In rare cases, processing may take longer during high-volume periods such as holidays or promotions. We always do our best to prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible.
❌ Cancelling an Order
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

If an order is cancelled within 30 minutes of placement and before processing, a $20 transaction fee per order will apply.

If we confirm that your order has already been processed, cancellation is no longer possible.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
